So after I typed my last post, my kids got done watching the movie they were watching and became themselves again.
It was a rough Sunday, let alone Mother's Day. My highlight of the day was when everyone else was still in the living room and Samantha came in, grabbed the stool in the kitchen and started pushing it over to where I was working on dinner. The best part, she said, "Help you?" Oh, I loved that minute! Especially because she rarely says real words without some prompting. And she put two words together!
Maybe someday, the other kids will learn those words and use them more frequently too.
