1st Day of School 2011

This year has been one of many changes.

And August 22 marked the beginning of another one.

High School.

And Early Morning Seminary.

Meaning our days begin a lot earlier than they used to. Our new schedule begins at 5 am when I get up to nurse the baby, say a family prayer with the first group (Clay & Christina), take a shower, and get ready for the day. Clay leaves about 5:15-5:30. I wake up the others about 6 am to have them go to the bathroom, get their shoes on and load up in the suburban to take Christina to Early Morning Seminary. After we drop her off, we come home, have a morning prayer with the second group and get them ready and off to school by 7:20ish.

Here's Christina ready for her first day of high school (9th grade).
Luckily Clay didn't have to go to PT that morning so he was able to help run the kids to school for their first day.

Here's the other 3 for the first day of school at the elementary. Daniel (5th grade--Ms. Morgan), Jonathan (Kindergarten--Ms. Gillmore), Amanda (2nd grade--Ms. Sweet), and Samantha.
